Born and raised in coastal New Jersey, Mike graduated from Salisbury University and relocated to Maryland in 2011. The first decade of his career was spent in accounting and finance at Fortune 500 companies. The business later evolved to specialize in event technology—delivering real-time race results, same-day photos, and video clips for over 1,000 events across the U.S. and internationally.

After starting a family, Mike and his spouse decided to sell the business and settle down. He is now grateful to have joined Cadmium, an event technology company located just six miles from home. Outside of work, Mike enjoys RV travel, hiking, yoga, swimming, surfing—anything outdoors. Mike is excited to serve as a Project Manager in Cadmium’s fast-paced, growing environment.

    Meghan Capiaghi

    Product Manager, Events

    Cadmium

I have been with Cadmium since 2016, starting my journey as an engineer before growing into my current role as a product manager. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about creating seamless experiences and ensuring the success of events behind the scenes. Originally from the East Coast, I have since made Kansas City my home, where I enjoy the balance of a vibrant city and a close-knit community.

Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my husband, our son and daughter, and our lovable dog. Family time is my top priority, whether it’s exploring new places, enjoying a cozy night in, or making memories on new adventures. I also have a deep love for real estate and home renovation, and I find excitement in flipping houses and bringing new life to forgotten spaces.

Another one of my passions is wine—I proudly (and playfully) claim to be a sommelier, always eager to discover and appreciate new flavors. Whether I’m diving into a home project, savoring a glass of wine, or supporting events through my work, I thrive on creativity, connection, and continuous learning.
