In 2004, Jen started working in continuing medical education – specifically in the area of medical malpractice. Over nine years, as chief operating officer for an ACCME- and ANCC-accredited online medical-legal CME company, Jen developed unique expertise in healthcare risk management – obtaining her Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management credential from the American Hospital Association and the Certified CME Professional credential (now referred to as the CHCP) from The Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions. Jen founded Goodwin Group in 2013 to focus on quality improvement, educational program development, and virtual project management. Jen obtained the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential in 2016. Jen works hands-on managing healthcare projects for Goodwin clients. Jen joined the Cadmium team as an Event Producer in the Spring of 2010 following time in the Association space at the Grocery Manufacturers Association. Since joining Cadmium, she has moved into many different roles across the Operations side of the organization, including time spent as the Director of Online Events, Implementation Manager, and Operations Manager. In her latest role as Product Manager, she works closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Elevate LMS product to make it more efficient, easy to use, and ensure it has the features our customers and prospects need.
Jen is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing & Logistics and Supply Chain Management. In her spare time, she enjoys being the quintessential soccer mom to two crazy cuties, Charlotte and Cole. Welcome to the Check-in and Badging on-demand course. Cadmium's Check-in and Badging offers your attendees a touchless and fast check-in and badge printing process at a self-service check-in kiosk. You can use the custom badge designer in EdgeReg to design an on-demand badge template for your event which can include any registrant data collected during the registration process. The on-demand badging solution requires minimal onsite support staff in the registration area and is recommended for events of all sizes, but will be especially useful and impactful for events with a large attendee count.
This Check-in and Badging training courses will take you through a series of learning modules consisting of videos, documents, learning activities and assessments designed to cover the various aspects of Check-in and Badging.
Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:
- create an on-demand badge template,
- identify necessary check-in kiosk hardware and supplies,
- communicate with attendees prior to the event,
- share onsite support staff information and instructions,
- set-up a check-in kiosk,
