Beth Barnhart has over 15 years of experience in event management including association and venue management. She currently serves as a Product Specialist for the Eventscribe Team, where she brings an understanding of the event industry to your Eventscribe solutions. Beth assists customers in troubleshooting, guiding clients in best product setups for their needs, and testing to ensure your project is ready for a successful launch.
Outside of Cadmium, Beth lives in Indianapolis where she enjoys time with her family.

Amy brings over 12 years of experience in the software industry, specializing in website development, event feedback solutions, and continuing education management. At Cadmium, she partners closely with clients to support the full event lifecycle—from submission collection through post-event engagement. She holds a ScrumMaster certification and is a proud graduate of Frostburg State University.
Based in Baltimore, MD, Amy lives with her rockstar husband and their two dogs, Dobby and Ginny. When she’s not running all aspects of her small custom sugar cookie business, she’s likely cheering on her husband’s band, The Rescue Party, at a local venue.

In early 2024, Erin joined Cadmium as our Sr. Product Marketing Manager. Her years of experience span roles in strategic marketing, local marketing, operations, and product marketing within the telecom industry. Here at Cadmium, Erin bridges the gap between product development and market needs by driving high-quality go-to-market plans, creating compelling product positioning and driving customer engagement.
Erin earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and later her MBA at Webster University. She resides in Kansas City with her husband and two children and enjoys movies, hiking, and local sporting events.
