Designed for users of all levels of expertise, in this Users Group Webinar attendees will discover the latest changes made to our Elevate LMS product and plans for enhancements to our all-in-one event and learning platform. This interactive forum is also a great opportunity to ask questions, discuss best practices, and offer shared insights about Elevate, so bring your questions and thoughts!
During this month's Users Group Webinar, we'll be reviewing items from our January 2023 and March 2023 releases including:
- Expired Users Admin Action [ENHANCEMENT]: for clients utilizing product expirations, the "Expired Users" area of products, where admins can extend a user's expiration, has been optimized to make bulk actions on a larger number of registrants; the expiration editor also now includes the ability to search the list of expired users by name or email address.
- User Transcript Template [ENHANCEMENT]: two new tags have been added to the User Transcript Template allowing for the inclusion of remote user ID (AMS ID) and a printing date timestamp.
- Education Harvester Import [ENHANCEMENT]: when importing content from Cadmium's Education Harvester, the presentation listing now includes Build Codes, and many new tag fields from the Education Harvester have been added to the listing of available tags to use when importing content.
- Mass Assign Credits [ENHANCEMENT]: several enhancements have been made to the mass assign credits functionality including the ability to assign variable credit types, amounts, and dates; this enhancement also includes the ability for admins to create an account and register a user for a product during the mass credit upload, if that user has not already registered for the product.
- File Downloads [ENHANCEMENT]: for all newly created files in File Collections, Handouts tabs, and File Upload Components, the name of the file entered into Elevate will now be the name that downloads with the file.
- Several reporting enhancements including added fields to reports, new reports that can be scheduled, and additional optimizations.
- Subscribe for Product Updates [NEW] - Elevate admins can now easily subscribe to receive Elevate product updates using a newly added link to the Administrative Control Panel.
- Elevate LMS Self-Paced Course [NEW] - Elevate admins now have access to the Elevate LMS Self-Paced Course. Geared toward new Elevate admins or admins looking for a refresher on their skills, this course is free and available on Cadmium University.

Eve Finstein joined Cadmium in 2013 as an Elevate Implementation Manager, and now leads Cadmium's team of Elevate project managers supporting our current and future Elevate clients. Prior to working with Cadmium, Eve ran operations for a cohort of leadership trainers and coaches. Eve is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, and currently lives in Washington, D.C.
Jim Flanagan

Jim Flanagan is a Project Manager on the Elevate Implementation team. He began working at CommPartners/Cadmium in January of 2021, after being a CommPartners client and Elevate Administrator for two non-profits in the five years prior. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, and holds a Masters in American History from George Mason University. Jim is an avid sports fan, especially the Washington Nationals.
Cristyn Johnson Ward

Cristyn Johnson is a learning and development leader in the continuing education field. With a passion for helping people learn and grow, she specializes in creating and executing learning strategies and programs based on individual and organizational needs. Cristyn is currently the Director of Education and Engagement at Cadmium, where she oversees all training and education initiatives for the company. In this capacity she builds educational and training programs aimed at increasing mastery of the Cadmium suite of products. Prior to her time at Cadmium, Cristyn worked for a national association, crafting and executing field education strategies focused on growing the capacity of the field at large and increasing the impact members have in their local communities.
Jen Livingston
Product Manager, Learning

Jen joined the Cadmium team as an Event Producer in the Spring of 2010 following time in the Association space at the Grocery Manufacturers Association. Since joining Cadmium, she has moved into many different roles across the Operations side of the organization, including time spent as the Director of Online Events, Implementation Manager, and Operations Manager. In her latest role as Product Manager, she works closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Elevate LMS product to make it more efficient, easy to use, and ensure it has the features our customers and prospects need.
Jen is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing & Logistics and Supply Chain Management. In her spare time, she enjoys being the quintessential soccer mom to two crazy cuties, Charlotte and Cole. When she is not chasing them around from game to game, she loves running and exercising, competitive UNO games, and watching anything BravoTV.
Kate Sutliff

Kate started her career in the hospitality industry, graduating with a BS from UCF, working in hotels and theme parks for companies like Walt Disney World and Hilton in Orlando, FL. When Kate moved to the DMV area, she pivoted from a focus on event management to a focus on project management. Kate worked for the Design-Build Institute of America implementing Elevate for their education courses, which is what introduced her to Elevate. Kate recently achieved both her CAPM and PMP. Kate is excited to be with Cadmium as an Elevate Implementation Project Manager. In her free time, she loves long walks with a good audio book, watching movies, trying new food and live music.
Arianne Urena

Arianne works on Cadmium's Elevate LMS team as a project manager, implementation leader, and usability consultant. Dedicated to applying knowledge of organizations' industry, community, and business priorities, Arianne provides plans that extend membership value, increase revenue, and achieve optimal UX. She strives to ensure the LMS evolves with you and provides dynamic and advanced e-learning solutions. What she enjoys most about her specialty are the relationships she has with each client, the trust of the partnership, and the ability to provide site experiences that impress.

Addie Dunton is an Implementation Manager for the Elevate LMS team. Prior to joining Cadmium in July 2022 Addie was an Elevate client as she worked in the Association space for three years. She is a graduate of Georgi State University and currently lives in Atlanta, GA. In her free time Addie enjoys working out and spending time with her lively two-year-old daughter.
