Mastering AV for Association Meetings: What Meeting Planners Need to Know

In early 2024, Erin joined Cadmium as our Product Marketing Manager.  Her years of experience span roles in strategic marketing, local marketing, operations, and product marketing within the telecom industry.  As a product marketer, Erin launched dozens of products with a focus on executing high-quality go-to-market plans by targeting messaging to ideal customer personas.  She is using her talents to partner with Product Development and Marketing within our Cadmium family.  

Erin earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and later her MBA at Webster University.  She resides in Kansas City with her husband and two children and enjoys movies, hiking, and local sporting events.

Prior to joining Cadmium in the Summer of 2024, Amanda spent 18 years managing events across her home state, North Carolina. From the American Diabetes Association to Biltmore Estate, she has honed a spectrum of event skills, finding her specialty in planning for unique details (did you know cattle should be moved 10 days prior to a hillside event?) and designing creative and bold events and marketing. Amanda received a Bachelor of Science in Communications at Appalachian State University (go Mountaineers!) and currently lives in Apex, NC with her husband and two zany kids (8g & 6b). She loves to practice hand lettering and painting with unusual watercolors, of which she has far too many and continues to purchase...maybe that's the real hobby.

Having served as a Senior IT Event Manager, an IT Project Manager, a Consultant, and an IT Director, James knows IT and how it impacts the customer experience. With a strong track record as an IT Project Manager in the entertainment industry, James also has experience working with cyber security, nonprofits, streaming media, video, audio engineering, and production management. James excels at developing, planning, and implementing information technology strategies that meet our client's business needs deliver optimal return on investment, and maintain utmost security while ensuring that the event network infrastructure adequately supports all computing and communication needs. In addition to extensive IT and project management expertise, James has a degree in Networking and Systems Administration Technology. Although he enjoys nerding out on IT, James is incredibly communicative, personable, and approachable. When he's not planning or strategizing premium events, he likes to fish and relax in his native Texas.
