Her years of experience span roles in strategic marketing, local marketing, operations, and product marketing within the telecom industry. As a product marketer, Erin launched dozens of products with a focus on executing high-quality go-to-market plans by targeting messaging to ideal customer personas. She is using her talents to partner with Product Development and Marketing within our Cadmium family.
Erin earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and later her MBA at Webster University. She resides in Kansas City with her husband and two children and enjoys movies, hiking, and local sporting events.

At HLC since August 2023, Erin is responsible for member education programming as well as the annual conference. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Erin currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and daughter.

With over 17+ years, she has leveraged her skills in providing best practices, event planning, management, and customer success to help design, coordinate and deliver high-quality service and events that align well with internal teams to ensure the success and satisfaction with all partners. She received her Bachelor’s in Communication from Loyola University Chicago and enjoys volunteering with youth organizations.
